Under my statue

I am a long-term planning artist, it seems ^^ I started doodling this idea three years ago, during a conference (as usual) and finally I completed it. I coloured it in three days, working from dawn to dusk watching sentimental comedies on tv, and I probably would have continued it if it not was that today is Asanor's birthday, for whose this painting was intended.

Asanor, as you may remember, is the protagonist of my even longer-planned fantasy saga of the same name. Here he rest under his own statue.
The position of the elements in this image changed many times, as the first version was horizontally oriented and showed only the basis of the statue, with the name engraved. But recently I thought that showing all of the staue could add something to the representation.
Believe it or not, most of this painting (about 30x40 cm) was realized with a tiny watercolour brush n. 2
The trees are intended to be tangerines.
