For Sale at Etsy by foxyboxysolutions

NEW! On sale on my Etsy shop! www.etsy.com/it/listing/219798…

"He's mine"
"and you are just a milk cow, you can't tell me what to do. Be quiet or I'll have my father cut your tongue out. A cow doesn't need a tongue, only udders."

An anticipation from A Storm of Swords! I couldn't resist doing this cute scene of siblings love.

I can't remember if there is any description of Elia in the novels. If there is one, and she's described as fair-haired, please don't lynch me ^^;

I did this watercolour twice. Version B is here cabepfir.deviantart.com/art/Wo… . Please tell me which one do you like the best.

ASoIaF (c) George RR Martin

Kindly reblog from here so I can keep tracks - dotofink.tumblr.com/post/78780… Thanks!

Your little Cersei is so beautiful and so bratty--just as she should be!  I love your young Oberyn!  I also like your Jamie and I think that your version of Elia is perfect!  Nice foil to Cersei!

Yeah, little Cersei had to be an adorably bratty child! Thank you!

Ellia of Dorne: "He's so CUTE!"

Cersei of Casterly Rock: "I know and I look JUST like him!"

 Ellia: "I meant the baby."

Cersei: "Then lady you REALLY need your eyes tested."

Elia is of Dorne, there is no reason she'd be fair haired. This is cute :).

I think she had dark hair ;) I've imagined her as pale, thin and tall, too, because of her fragile health.
So funny scene :D

Great picture, especially Oberyn.

You do remember that Cersei did not use that 'cow' line to Elia, right?

I think I prefer this one, because with the ink you can see all of the sweet details better. They're both awesome though:) I love the personality in them

Ceci, I wanted to ask you. When you sketch for watercolour painting. You first sketch in pencil??? Then you watercolour and then you ink???

Thanks Ceci!

Yes, the order is exactly what you described. BUT if you use a Bic ballpoint pen, you can trace the line with it even before putting the watercolour, because Bic ink is completely waterproof ;) Almost every other pen will melt a little under the watercolour and leave an ugly grey halo on the paper, if used before the water.

Well, a part from the results (because she's waaaayyyys better than me) I follow a process not different by that described by Puimun here [link]
Of course I generally use less layers and I can't blend soft colours as she does...

Stephanie uses a lighweight illustration board. What is this ???? Is this paper ??? I don`t know what it is... sorry!

And well, I love her so much... actually I went ahead and bought her watercolour tutorial... she should ship soon... I am happy to be able to get my hands on watercolors! They look very hard!

Me neither! I searched on google and here is what I found: [link]
It's some kind of tick paper, I suppose. I have never used something like that, I normally use a 200-300 gr rough paper, of different brands.

Thanks Ceci, I wasn`t sure what it was and I can only guess.. I will ask ~puimun herself. I am getting her tutorial on fairies! I also got some new watercolors (they where the best I could find.. Lefranc & Bourgeois) and some new brushes... wish me luck!

Good luck! It's always fun to use watercolour, even when you make a terrible mess with them. I wait for your watercolours then :)

Teenage!Oberyn! Squee! I love his expression!

Everyone else looks great, too. It's so hard to find any art of Elia. You've captured the scene very well.

I like this version best, mainly because you can see the expressions on the faces clearer, smug Cersei and a rather distainful Oberyn. Fab!

Oh MAN I couldn't stop laughing when I saw this.
I like the inked version better, first.

Second, what's the line Oberyn says? Something about Elia making the cute noise all girls make at seeing adorable kittens and playful puppies? Well you've captured that glee. Good work.

I don't know who I like best: Oberyn, who is totally too cool for babies, or Jaime in his ridiculously appropriate pantaloon things. Hmm.

(This is going to be my new wallpaper)
