Hi guys,
As some of you already know, I celebrated my birthday one week ago.
Over the course of the last year, I drew over 120 comic pages professionally (not counting the over 150+ pages of stories I sketched for my own.) Unfortunately, only a limited number of those pages have been made public. Six pages were for a submission pitch I never heard anything anymore about (the writer simply disappeared.) Another handful were for another submission pitch that actually made through the first stages of approval by a publisher, but was ultimately discarded by the said publisher (it happens.) Some were for a project in which I really believed, but that plunged into a well of problems that haven't been completely drained yet.
Of the projects I worked on, only a couple have been distributed. The first was the fantasy anthology Death Saves: Fallen Heroes of the Kitchen Table, which was a huge success on Kickstarter (it became also a Kickstarter staff pick) and which is now available on amazon. It featured the short story Roll of the Die, that I drew and colored on a script by Mike Sebastian.
The second is the sci-fi series Native Lands, which I'm drawing for writer James Cavanagh. You can buy the first issue discounted here for the Geek Fest Sale Fest. You can follow it on facebook, twitter and tumblr. Issue #2 is in progress at the moment.
Now, a third project could become reality with your help! Let Go is a sci-fi indie graphic novel about a family struggling to adapt to a rapidly changing near future world. I've already drawn the first 16 pages of it (you can read them here.) Let Go is now on Kickstarter to help funding the rest of the book. Please support us (and me into seeing one more of my works become available to readers!)

Information for visitors
Hi people ending up here,
This is my deviantArt page. I have been a deviant for a very long time and this page mostly hosts older creations, as well as my Harry Potter and ASOIAF fanart.
I am an Italian artist with an interest in history, classical novels, queer studies, and metal; a list of the things I like includes Ancient Rome, Vikings, dinosaures, Richard III, the Victorian Age, Richard III, the Preraphaelites, the Middle Ages, color studies, and much more.
I have been a professional artist for some years now and only a fraction of that production is here now. I draw comics, illustrations for children and adults, and storyboards. You
Update
A few updates for the people who still visit this page:
I am currently working on a long graphic novel (in Italian), Le tende bianche, which should be published sometime next autumn (hopefully). You can follow the updates on the facebook page here. I am posting a sketch/glimpse of pages every Tuesday, and some reading/watching recommendations every Friday. Le tende bianche will be an historical graphic novel set in Italy in 1796, during Napoleon's first Italian campaign, and it will feature a lesbian love story. The comic will be 100% in watercolors.
You can now find me also on Instagram. My Instagram is only for art - no personal updates

At long last, I've also created a twitter account. So if you wish to follow me there, I can be found at cabepfir
